Osh State University Educational Information Office

Osh State University office of the head of studies was formed in 1962. In 2002 the office was renamed as Educational Information Office (EIO) and to present it has been managed by M. Altybaeva, candidate of pedagogical sciences, Osh State University docent. EIO is operating on the basis of Osh State University Charter and is regulated by instructions of Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, by Law on Education of the Kyrgyz Republic and Osh State University rector’s orders.

EIO goals:

- Professional work of all collaborators on organization and regulation educational process in the university;
- Expedient planning of academic work, educational process analyzing, its correction, control and management;
- Assisting to the heads of departments and services who carry out educational process.

EIO Main tasks:

- maintaining an accurate and effective work of all services and EIO workers on providing high-quality education process in the university;
- planning and organization of current educational process of the university;
- development of educational process system;
- work coordination of Osh State University faculties, chairs and other departments to provide an efficient education process;
- registration, distribution and control on Osh State University chairs’ accomplishments of study assignment.
- Development and introducing new teaching techniques into educational process;

EIO functions:

1. Education process planning.
2. Education process controlling.
3. Controlling the study and methodical work of Osh State University chairs.
4. Organizational work and others.
